This coffee is a Limited Release offering. The Rugali cooperative is located on the shore of Lake Kivu in Rwanda. This cooperative produces some of the highest quality coffees in this African country. This coffee was depulped, left in open fermentation tanks overnight, and laid out to dry for 20-28 days. This coffee has acidity like a sparkling lemon/lime soda. It has a prominent note of floral honey, and has a light delicate body.
